Indian Top Ranking — Rules & Legal
Operational information for users submitting websites, verifying ownership and participating in ranking bids.
Ranking & Bidding Rules
- Only verified listings can participate in live ranking.
- Starting bids begin at ₹2; a target position may require a higher qualifying bid under the platform's 2× current-bid rule.
- A bid remains pending until the payment provider confirms the payment server-side.
- The platform may reject or pause listings that fail verification or violate applicable rules.
- Ranking changes are recorded through database transactions and payment confirmation; browser-side changes are not treated as payment proof.
Website Ownership Verification
The platform issues a unique verification token. The website owner must publish the token at /.well-known/indian-top-ranking.txt or on the website homepage. The verifier checks the public website before marking ownership verified. Administrators may also review a listing manually.
Privacy
Account, listing, bid and operational data is stored in the platform's Supabase database. Access is restricted by authentication and Row Level Security policies. Payment credentials are not stored in the browser. Do not submit unnecessary personal information.
Payment & Refund
Payment processing, refunds and settlement are subject to the configured payment provider's rules and the platform's final refund policy. A payment is considered confirmed only after the server receives and validates the provider webhook. Until a merchant payment account is configured, the checkout remains inactive.

For listing verification, ranking disputes or account issues, contact the platform administrator through the published support channel before sending sensitive information.
